We are excited to announce the initiation of The PetPromise Sanctuary Fund. Donations to this fund will be earmarked solely for the acquisition and construction of a permanent facility dedicated to the care and well being of homeless companion animals and to promoting our mission: a world where there are no more homeless pets.
The proposed sanctuary will serve as an adoption center, a sanctuary for homeless pets, and as a center for community education. It will be a place where animals receive quality care as they wait to be adopted. A place where the community participates in events and activities with their animals. A place where school children come and learn how to care for animals. A place that is an asset to the community.
The PetPromise Sanctuary will serve three purposes:
It will allow PetPromise to expand its rescue program thereby allowing us to save the lives of many more homeless dogs and cats in our neighborhoods;
It will allow PetPromise to expand its current spay/neuter, feral cat, educational, and community outreach programs through its space and the proceeds from the dog park; and
It will provide a funding source, as a dog park, to allow PetPromise to continue its current work until we have accomplished our mission of creating a world where there are no more homeless pets.
how you can help
We are seeking a founding donor who has the love, vision, and commitment to assist us in acquiring the necessary land for our sanctuary. Additionally, we are seeking benefactors who wish to fund specific capitol improvements, such as a Feral Cat Park, Dog Park, Dog or Cat Buildings, Veterinary Clinic or Education Center.
We need your help to fulfill this dream. Your financial support, whatever you can give, will take us that much closer to making the PetPromise Sanctuary a reality. Please help us reach our goal of building a sanctuary that will help make the future brighter for ALL homeless pets.
