Through our City Kitty Program we provide rabies vaccinations, and spay and neuter surgeries for feral cats who have people who are willing to feed and care for them as outdoor feral cats for the rest of their lives.	DOG FOSTER HOMES NEEDED! If you can open your home to a homeless dog while we find him a permanent home -- you can save his life! We'll provide the vet care & food -- you provide the love!
